Reputation Management and Business Reviews

Challenge
One of our clients is a local business that was previously under former management, and had received a large amount of bad reviews online. On Facebook, Yelp and Google, their average rating overall was 3.2% and these negative reviews were greatly affecting their sales.

Solution
We use FastMedia Reputation Management software called ReviewPRO to reduce the amount of negative reviews and significantly increase their positive reviews. The software connects to the business POS system and sends an email out to each client 30 minutes after they arrive asking them If they are enjoying their visit. If the customer was not happy an internal support ticket is created that is immediately sent to the business managers and owner. If the customer is enjoying their experience, that are prompted to write a positive review on one of the top review websites.

Results
In only 30 days the local business increased their total reviews by 200% and rose 1.7 stars, from 3.0 to 4.7 out of 5.

Video Production and Editing

Challenge
One of our clients needed videos for their business for online marketing on Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, and YouTube. They wanted to visually show the experience of their customers enjoying all the activities at their business.

Solution
FastMedia Video Production crew traveled out to the business and arranged for a multi-day video shoot capturing unique video footage to the customers expectation. Back at the FastMedia Studio we developed a series of videos for them to use on social media and all online marketing on Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, and YouTube.

Our client needed various high quality pieces of creative for his business. The creative ranged from banners, flyers, postcards, digital LCD pricing menus and graphical loops. This client also wanted a new vehicle wrap for his jeep.

Challenge
One of our clients called us for help with their social media. They currently had an in-house employee assigned to do this. They were concerned about the effectiveness of the images and wording they were using, and they were not getting the desired feedback they wanted from their social media followers.

Solution
FastMedia mapped out a monthly social media timeline and educated the client on how certain social platforms work. We generated image/video content and text that focused on promotions they were offering and mixed it with content that generated excitement for the business and engagement with each post.

Challenge
Our client approached us with this problem. Anytime they would search for their business on Google their could not be found or was very low on the page. They mentioned that many times their competition would rank higher than their business would.

Solution
FastMedia implemented a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy that published organically to over 89 directory services and posted videos on YouTube about the client’s business. The second step was to get their business listed on the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) ads that show up when specific keywords or exact phrases about that business are searched for.

Results
FastMedia was able to have our client’s business listing information posted on the first 4 pages of searches made directly for their business organically. Our strategy also helped them attain a 1st place listing on SEM when their business-specific keywords or phrases about their business are searched. They are happy they now have a 1st place ranking above their direct competition.
